Ingredients:
- 3 medium eggs, beaten
- ½ of green cabbage (about 1 pound), sliced thinly
- 1 medium carrot, julienned or sliced thinly
- 2 tablespoons onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons dark soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons oyster sauce
- 2 teaspoons white granulated sugar
- 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- Salt to taste
Directions:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add beaten eggs and cook, stirring frequently, until scrambled and fully cooked. Transfer to a plate.
- In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Sauté onion and garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
