- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup ketchup (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, and eggs. Mix until just incorporated.
- Add Flavor: Stir in the mushrooms, Swiss cheese, bacon, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the Loaf: Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared pan.
