  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange the asparagus in a single layer on one side of a large sheet pan.
  3. In a bowl, mix the shrimp with melted butter, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Place the seasoned shrimp on the sheet pan next to the asparagus.
