- While the potatoes bake, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan.
- Sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add minced meat and cook until browned.
- Stir in tomato sauce, coriander, salt, black pepper, curry powder, and paprika. Cook for another 5 minutes.
